SinkDuo is an iPhone game from DuoGames, run by Jan Konieczny, contact: hello@sinkduo.com. By installing the app you agree to these terms.

What SinkDuo does

Classic battleship: a 10×10 grid, five ships, turns, sink the fleet. Today you play against a bot on a regular iPhone. The iPhone Duo layout — folded at about 90°, your fleet and their water at once — comes in a later version. A friend can play on a regular iPhone.

The app

SinkDuo is a paid app with no ads in the first version. You buy it in the App Store; Apple handles the payment and any refund. I don't have access to Apple's refund tools.

How you may use it

For your own, lawful play. Don't cheat the game, don't reverse engineer the app, and don't hammer it with bots.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is. I don't promise uninterrupted access, a particular matchmaking time, or that every future online feature is already in this build.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect loss or lost enjoyment. This does not limit rights you have as a consumer.

Changes

I may change these terms when a new feature ships. The new version appears here with a new date at the top.

Law and disputes

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of your country and you may use out-of-court dispute resolution — in Poland, the Trade Inspection and the municipal consumer ombudsman.
